Hi, I’m G Reddy Bhimireddy, the builder and realtor behind Pencro Properties.
I believe building a home should feel personal, transparent, and well-guided — not rushed or confusing. That’s why I work directly with every homeowner from the first conversation to the final walkthrough, taking on fewer projects so each home gets the attention it deserves.
My background combines engineering, construction, and real estate, with over 15 years of hands-on experience building, renovating, and managing properties in Central Ohio. I’ve worked on everything from multifamily renovations to custom single-family homes, which gives me a practical, detail-driven approach to how homes are designed, built, and valued.
As both a custom builder and licensed realtor, I bring a unique perspective to the process — helping clients make smarter decisions during design, construction, pricing, and long-term resale. Fewer surprises. Better outcomes. Clear communication throughout.

All homes include a 10-year structural warranty, giving homeowners confidence in the integrity of their investment. Construction is completed with care and attention to detail, following manufacturer installation guidelines for all materials and systems.
In addition, all applicable manufacturer warranties apply, ensuring components and products are supported well beyond completion.
